BEIJING, Jun 30 (China Economic Net) - The Chinese edition of From a Herder’s Home to Prime Minister’s Residence of Mongolia: The Autobiography of D. Terbishdagva was unveiled at the Mongolian Embassy in China on Monday. During his tenure as Mongolia’s Deputy Prime Minister, Terbishdagva chaired the Mongolian side of the China-Mongolia Intergovernmental Joint Committee on Commerce, Trade, Science and Technology, taking part in multiple high-level bilateral visits and the signing of key intergovernmental documents.

“This autobiography has been translated and published in Germany, Russia, South Korea, and the U.K. I am immensely proud that it is now officially released in Chinese, a language spoken by more than 1.3 billion people worldwide,” Terbishdagva said. Co-hosted by the Mongolian Embassy in China and Contemporary World Press, the event drew over 100 representatives from the cultural, media, economic, and trade sectors of both countries to witness the book’s launch.
“Terbishdagva’s political career has long been intertwined with China-Mongolia friendship and cooperation. The translation and release of this book implements the consensus of the China-Mongolia Joint Statement on Advancing the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership in the New Era,” Enkhbold Nyamaa, Mongolia’s Ambassador to China stated.
“This autobiography by His Excellency D. Terbishdagva opens a window for Chinese readers to gain insights into Mongolia’s national conditions, society and culture,” Ma Hui, Vice Minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee remarked.
According to Li Shuangwu, President of Contemporary World Press, the publishing house plans to enhance bilateral exchanges of high-quality titles between China and Mongolia in the future to pass down this friendship through generations leveraging the enduring power of books.
